In August, Kathryn and her daughter Liz were made most welcome by people in Kenya - you can read about their adventures under the August links at the side.
The news from Kenya - with all the violence - is very troubling. Thankfully, we have heard from our young deacon friend. He is safe but the situation is very dangerous and he fears for the country and its people... as is so often the case, the poor are the ones suffering most.
We can't do much from so far away - but hold all those we met - and all who showed us great kindness - in our thoughts and prayer at this time.
